North End
Located on the north end of Golden Pond you will find 39 spacious one and two bedroom apartments designed specifically for the active, independent senior. Each unit is equipped with a full kitchen, generous closet space, and emergency call system. All units have washer and dryers and inside storage lockers. Golden Pond offers plenty of off street parking including a limited supply of indoor garage spaces.

Apartment rates include activities, scheduled transportation, expanded basic cable, and all utilities except telephone.

As a resident of the senior apartments, housekeeping and bed linen changes are provided twice per month. Additional services such as dining, housekeeping, and personal laundry are always available to you on an a la carte, “pay as you go” basis.

Golden Pond Senior Apartments are not licensed to provide personal care and assisted living services.

We make moving to Golden Pond easy with our month-to-month rental arrangements and require no initial investment.

South End
At the south end of Golden Pond you will find the 76 unit assisted living facility and the community center which feature a beautiful dining room, activities and crafts center with greenhouse, theater, library, fireside lounge, country store, administrative offices as well as many other amenities.

Choose from a selection of private, ADA compliant, studio, one bedroom, and two bedroom apartments, all with private baths and closet space.

All Assisted Living services at Golden Pond are planned with the understanding that residents individual needs can change over time. In planning and providing services we always consider the unique interests, attributes, abilities, and overall health status of each resident.

Resident service plans are created and reviewed on a regular basis with the involvement of the resident, family members, and key staff members to ensure the appropriateness of the direction, scope, and degree of the services being provided. Residents are always encouraged to perform as many of their activities of daily living as they are able to.

Personal Care services at Golden Pond Assisted Living are supervised by a licensed nurse, and which may include medication monitoring, grooming and bathing assistance, ‘round-the-clock well-being monitoring, personal laundry, and stand-by or hands-on assistance with one or more of the activities of daily living.

All services are provided in an environment that respects individuality, privacy, and choice. Activities involve education and entertainment, and opportunities to meet new friends by encouraging social interaction. Residents are routinely informed of dates, times, topics and locations of all activities and are encouraged to participate in activities of interest to them.

Your basic Assisted Living monthly charge includes:

• Charges for individual personal care service plans are determined through an assessment process using a point based scoring method. Points are determined by the frequency and duration of your individual service needs, as well as direct and indirect cost of the personnel performing the service. The assessment will reflect a point total and a total charge for the services provided.
  
  You may add, cancel, or modify services as your needs change. And best of all, you pay for only the services you need. This method most accurately ensures that the charge for care services fees directly reflects your personal and individual service needs.
